Online Tutoring Services – Mrs. Nidhi Mehta
(India Tutor Online | Classes 1 to 6)
These Terms & Conditions govern the online tutoring services provided by Mrs. Nidhi Mehta through India Tutor Online. By enrolling in classes, students and parents/guardians agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Scope of Services
Mrs. Nidhi Mehta provides online academic tutoring for students from Class 1 to Class 6, covering relevant subjects as agreed at the time of enrollment. All classes are conducted online through mutually agreed platforms.
2. Class Scheduling

Class schedules are finalized with mutual consent between the tutor and the parent/student.

Any permanent change in schedule must be communicated in advance and approved by both parties.

Time slots are reserved exclusively for enrolled students.
3. Fees & Payments
-
Fees are communicated clearly before the commencement of classes.

Payments must be made in advance as per the agreed billing cycle (monthly / session-based / package-based).

Fees once paid are considered confirmation of enrollment.
-
All payments are non-transferable.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Student-Initiated Cancellation

24 hours or more notice: Session may be rescheduled without penalty.

12–24 hours notice: Rescheduling may be allowed subject to availability.

Less than 12 hours notice / No-show: Session will be considered conducted and no reschedule or refund will be provided.
Tutor-Initiated Cancellation
-
If Mrs. Nidhi Mehta needs to cancel a session due to unavoidable circumstances, the session will be fully rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
5. No-Show Policy

If a student does not join the session within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be marked as a no-show.

No-show sessions are non-refundable and non-reschedulable, except in genuine emergencies communicated in advance.
6. Holiday & Planned Leave Policy
-
The holiday list is given below
New Year’s Day – 1 January
Republic Day – 26 January
Holi – Date as per calendar
Independence Day – 15 August
Janmashtami – Date as per calendar
Gandhi Jayanti – 2 October
Navratri – Date as per calendar
Karwa Chauth – Date as per calendar
Dussehra (Vijayadashami) – Date as per calendar
Diwali – Date as per calendar
Guru Nanak Jayanti – Date as per calendar
Christmas Day – 25 December

Regular classes may not be conducted on declared holidays.

Planned leave or breaks will be communicated at least 7 days in advance wherever possible.

Missed sessions due to holidays or planned leave may be rescheduled based on mutual availability.
7. Emergency Absence

In case of sudden illness or unavoidable emergencies, reasonable efforts will be made to inform parents/students at the earliest.

Such sessions will be rescheduled wherever feasible.
8. Make-Up Classes
-
Make-up classes are offered at the tutor’s discretion and subject to availability.
-
Make-ups must be availed within a reasonable time frame and cannot be accumulated indefinitely.

No monetary refunds are issued in place of make-up classes.
9. Learning Responsibility
-
Academic improvement depends on regular attendance, practice, and cooperation from the student.

Parents are encouraged to ensure a conducive learning environment and timely attendance.

Results and outcomes may vary based on the child’s individual learning pace and effort.
10. Code of Conduct
-
Respectful behavior is expected from students and parents at all times.
-
Any form of inappropriate language, behavior, or repeated disruption may lead to termination of services without refund.

Classes are meant strictly for enrolled students only.
11. Privacy & Confidentiality

Student information and academic discussions are treated as confidential.
-
Online sessions must not be recorded or shared without prior consent.

All personal data shared is used solely for academic and communication purposes.
12. Technical Requirements

Students must ensure stable internet connectivity, a functioning device, and necessary software.
-
Technical issues from the student’s side will not qualify for refunds.
13. Termination of Services
-
Mrs. Nidhi Mehta reserves the right to discontinue services in case of repeated policy violations, non-payment, or misconduct.

Parents may discontinue services by providing prior notice; however, paid fees remain non-refundable.
14. Amendments
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to improve service quality. Continued enrollment implies acceptance of revised terms.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
